- Photographs
- A high-resolution, full-length, forward-facing image of each individual/building to be illustrated, with a clear view of the face/building.
- For group illustrations, please provide one image capturing everyone together to establish scale and relative proportions.
- Attire & Accessories
- Exact outfit references are essential. Kindly include detailed images of attire and accessories such as shoes, jewelry, handbags, or timepieces to ensure accuracy.
- Backgrounds/Buildings
- If a custom background has been selected, please provide clear photographs of the chosen setting. If trees conceal the full view, we will discuss what foliage to keep or eliminate.

Artistic Process
Process
The client will submit a photo(s) for the portrait. We will collaborate to decide on the desired portrait presentation.
Completion
The final illustration will be delivered within approximately four weeks
- Requests made after the final illustration is complete will be regarded as a full re-draw and charged at 100%.
